ahhh...sunday mornings...I woke up with a serious crook in my neck, back, side, stomach...etc. After much too much wine last night, I rented Broken Flowers and ordered some really bad chinese food. Then pulled out my air mattress into the middle of my living room floor and settled in for the night. Unfortunately, I made it through about 30 minutes of the movie before I conked out...woke up this morning with a bowl of leftover lo mein on the floor next to me.
I haven't moved far since then...actually took a couple bites of the lo mein because I woke up starving, moved to my couch and have been watching the Foodnetwork for the past three hours and reading the Outlook section of the Post during commercials. I'm working on my third cup of coffee and my only plans right now are based on getting my fourth.
Ahhhhh...sundays!

I spent two hours mustering up the courage to look at my account balance. (I knew it was going to be just that bad - and it was) Now I'm listening to Sin and fucking around online.
I haven't eaten yet. I'm supposed to go meet a friend to spend a few hours wandering around outside - whatever that means. Though I adore this friend and haven't seen her in ages, wandering around outside could quite possibly be the last thing in the world I want to do right now.
I'm hoping to convince her to just come over to my house and drink bloodies for a few hours or something. Of course, that means I have to clean up a bit... dilemmas.
HT -just make a pitcher of bloodies, throw them in a thermos and cop a squat some where outside.
I still haven't left the couch...and I'm still watching foodnetwork...I did get a great recipe for coconut cupcakes though...and I now want bbq ribs.
Coconut Cupcakes? I want to make those instead of any of the other options!
I really should try to clean my house though. How do I live in this squalor?
Yes...coconut cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting...I forsee a BB HH with tasty treats.
I can't believe it is 2pm...I need to get off the couch!!
Cleaning...I can't fathom cleaning right now...I really should purge my closet though.
I actually think today might be the day that pushes me over the cleaning edge. Then again, maybe not.
Actually, if I can get out of meeting my friend (I'm a horrible, terrible, flake of a person) I think I'm going to clean. And sing along with Kelly Clarkson. In my Wonder Woman underoos.
I am however doing laundry - and I'm doing whites - so my house smells bleach-i-rific. Which, I like.
You know that Lynda Carter lives in Great Falls, VA (or at least she did)...I'm going to take you there in your underoos and make you spin around in front of her house...or make you pretend to be flying around in an invisible jet!
She still does - and I'd totally forgotten about that!!! Can we organize a trip to go stalk her?? I used to be as obsessed with Wonder Woman as I am with midgets.
I have officially flaked on my friend. She wanted to be outside and spend money, and well, I'm not showered, in underoos and almost in the mood to clean. So, we decided to try again another day.
Kelly Clarkson has given way to Mariah... I should be drinking something pink or something.
I'm making huevos ranceros. THEN I will clean.

We can go stalk wonder woman and then go to Anita's mexican something or other in my old stomping grounds...great huevos rancheros and breakfast burgers...yum...burger topped with a runny egg and hot sauce. I wonder if Don Jaime's is still open...
I really should turn off the foodnetwork and watch Broken Flowers, it's due back tonight and I HATE paying late fees.
I'm all alone over here in NE. Yesterday I took Jo and LT to a neighborhood over here they'd never seen or heard of before. You guys don't know what you're missing.
My eggs are tasty though, I must say. Of course, the whole point of HR is to eat avocado and sour cream for "breakfast." (and I have to Hungarian them up by throwing in some Eros Pista and paprika, and the only suitable cheese that I could find in the house was feta - but I'm quite happy with it)
Okay, so I think we should pack up some sandwiches, a thermos of bloodies, go have breakfast at your place in Great Falls, stalk Wonder Woman and then end the day hiking and picnicking at GF Park.

If we do great falls a stop by the Old Brogue is a must...they have irish bangers.
FYI - TLC has "Little People,Big World" on tonight for an eight hour marathon starting at 7pm.
Wow. I'm going to be tired at work tomorrow morning.
The cloudless sky is deceptive in Chicago this Sunday. Looks beautiful, but it's pretty chilly. I ventured out for bloody components...successfully. WFL? Olives, I hope! But I've used big homemade icecubes and I can't reach the olives with the stubby celery stalks. It's really frustrating. Fortunately I have several beer backs and camels to keep me occupied while the cubes melt.
I'm eating jelly beans now. LT got them half price for me yesterday at the mall when she bought her little chicken with bunny ears. I love jelly beans.
